Metro Participants
11 & older swimmers are to report to Nassau Aquatic Center at
6:00 pm on Wednesday, March 29, 2006. Please eat dinner before
arriving. There will be a team meeting, uniform distribution
and a warm-up. The bus will then transport the team
to the hotel for check-in.

10 & unders must report to the pool at 11:00 am on
Thursday, March 30, 2006 for uniform distribution
and to meet the coaches.

All age groups are required to be at all sessions of the
meet for their age group - Parents may pick up their swimmer
at the conclusion on Finals on Saturday
(10 & unders - in the afternoon -
11 & older in the evening - approx 8:30-9:00)

11 & older swimmers are required to be with
the team for the duration of the meet.

Application to Officiate at Zones

Coaches:  Only coaches who submit an application and are approved as Zone Coaches will be permitted on the deck at the SC Zone meet at Eisenhower Park - This will be strictly enforced!  Applications must be received by March 1, 2006 for consideration.  No coaches will be considered without an application.

Meet Volunteers:  As with any meet - volunteers are needed to run a smooth successful meet.  If you are interested in volunteering in any capacity for the meet - please email Mary Fleckenstein at mjfleck333@hotmail.com with a subject line of zone volunteer to see how you can help.  We will be needing volunteers for hospitality, admissions, awards, running, as well as many other areas.  This is a great way to be up-close and personal with the running of such an exciting meet.  Please let Mary know as soon as possible - as committees are being formed at this time.

Updated Policy for all Metro Swimmers 11 and over attending the
Eastern Zone meets: They will be required to travel and room
with the team for the duration of the meet.
Cost of Zones: 10-under $150; 11-Over $325
